The total may include the supplier price, taxes, service charges, payment-processing cost, foreign-exchange adjustment, AirlyGo service fee or margin, and optional extras selected by you. Charges payable directly at a hotel, airport or destination are shown separately where known.
Where a supplier charges in another currency, AirlyGo may convert the amount into Sri Lankan rupees using a current reference or TT selling rate plus a protection buffer for market movement and processing cost. Quotes are time-limited. Your card issuer or bank may apply separate fees or conversion rates.
Online payments are processed on the secure systems of PayHere or another approved provider. AirlyGo does not ask customers to send full card numbers, CVV codes, online-banking passwords or one-time passwords through WhatsApp or email.
We may perform fraud and identity checks. A booking can be paused for manual review where the payer name, traveller name, location, transaction pattern or gateway result creates a reasonable security concern.
A payment may be pending because the bank has not completed authorisation, the gateway callback is delayed, or the supplier has not yet confirmed inventory. Keep the AirlyGo Booking Reference and payment receipt. Do not pay again unless AirlyGo instructs you to do so.
A bank or gateway may decline a transaction because of insufficient funds, card limits, authentication failure, incorrect information, fraud controls or technical issues. AirlyGo does not control bank approval. If a failed attempt creates a temporary hold, the issuing bank determines when it is released.
Contact AirlyGo immediately if you believe you paid twice. We will compare gateway references and booking records. A verified duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method, but gateway and bank settlement times may apply.
If your account is debited but you have not received a booking confirmation, send the payment reference and AirlyGo Booking Reference to support. We will verify whether the payment is successful, pending, reversed or unmatched. Do not create a second booking until this check is complete.
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method after the supplier confirms the refundable amount. Supplier refund, AirlyGo reconciliation, gateway processing and the issuing bank are separate stages. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and timelines.
Keep the gateway receipt, AirlyGo Booking Reference, voucher and messages relating to the booking. A payment receipt proves that a transaction was attempted or accepted by the gateway; the final voucher or ticket proves supplier confirmation.
