1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern your use of AirlyGo Travel and every quotation, reservation, booking, payment, change, cancellation or support request made through our website, WhatsApp, email or other approved channel. By asking us to proceed or by paying, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the supplier conditions disclosed for your Travel Service.
2. AirlyGo’s role
Depending on the product, AirlyGo may act as a travel intermediary, booking facilitator, merchant, support provider or disclosed agent for a supplier. Airlines, accommodation providers, insurers and other suppliers remain responsible for delivering their own services. Supplier terms, fare rules, property rules, insurance wording and local laws form part of your agreement.
3. Travel Services covered
Flights
Flight availability, schedules, baggage, seat selection, meals, ticketing deadlines and change or refund rules are controlled by the airline and ticketing source. A quotation is not a confirmed ticket.
Hotels and accommodation
Room descriptions, facilities, meal plans, check-in rules, deposits, local taxes and cancellation rules are supplied by the property or distribution partner. Special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the supplier.
Travel insurance
Insurance is governed by the insurer’s policy wording, exclusions, eligibility rules and claims procedure. AirlyGo does not decide insurance claims unless specifically authorised by the insurer.
Future services
These Terms also apply to transfers, activities, packages, visa-support services and other Travel Services introduced later, together with any additional terms presented at purchase.
4. Booking process and confirmation
A search result, message, quotation or payment request does not by itself guarantee availability. Prices and inventory may change until the supplier confirms the booking. A booking is confirmed only when AirlyGo issues a confirmation or voucher containing an AirlyGo Booking Reference and, where applicable, the supplier reference or ticket number.
Where payment succeeds but supplier confirmation is delayed, the booking may be placed in processing or manual review. You must not make a duplicate payment or replacement booking unless AirlyGo confirms the first attempt has failed.
5. Traveller responsibilities
- Provide names exactly as shown on passports or approved travel documents.
- Check dates, destination, route, room type, occupancy, baggage, meal plan and cancellation rules before paying.
- Obtain valid passports, visas, transit permission, health documents and entry approvals.
- Meet check-in, boarding and supplier deadlines.
- Inform us immediately of errors or missing confirmations.
Costs caused by incorrect information, missed deadlines or failure to meet entry rules are normally the traveller’s responsibility.
6. Prices, currency, taxes and fees
Prices may include supplier cost, currency conversion, payment-processing cost, service fee, taxes and AirlyGo margin. Some local taxes, resort fees, deposits or optional extras may be payable directly to the supplier and will be identified where known.
Foreign-currency prices may be converted using AirlyGo’s current exchange-rate method and a reasonable protection buffer. A rate or quotation is valid only for the stated period. Your bank may apply its own conversion or cross-border fee.
7. Payment and verification
Payment is subject to successful gateway authorisation, fraud screening and supplier confirmation. A debit from your account does not always mean the booking is confirmed. AirlyGo may request reasonable identity or payment verification before ticketing or fulfilment.
Unauthorised payment attempts, false chargebacks, manipulation of prices or misuse of promotions may lead to cancellation, refusal of service and recovery of losses.
8. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes and cancellations are governed by the rules attached to the booked service. Fees may be charged by the supplier, payment provider and AirlyGo for work already performed. Non-refundable products may have no refund value, even when unused.
Approved refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Cancellation rules are explained in the Cancellation Policy.
9. Supplier changes and service disruption
Airlines may change schedules or routes; hotels may change rooms or facilities; insurers may amend products subject to law. When notified, AirlyGo will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and assist with available supplier options. We cannot guarantee a particular remedy beyond what the supplier or applicable law provides.
10. Liability and force majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirlyGo is not responsible for acts or failures of independent suppliers, immigration authorities, weather, strikes, war, civil disorder, epidemics, natural disasters, airport disruption, system outages or other events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
AirlyGo’s liability for a direct loss arising from our own proven error is generally limited to the amount of AirlyGo service fees paid for the affected booking, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Website use and intellectual property
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data at harmful scale, upload malicious content, impersonate another person or use AirlyGo for unlawful activity. AirlyGo branding, website content, design and original materials are protected by intellectual-property law.
12. Complaints, governing law and contact
Please report a complaint promptly with your AirlyGo Booking Reference and supporting evidence. We will review the matter and may need time to obtain information from the supplier or gateway.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to any mandatory consumer protection that applies. Courts or competent dispute-resolution bodies in Sri Lanka will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
